The location was favourable and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere. And we were adjacent to the flea market nearby and Lisbon, OH. The room with 2 beds.

The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice perk during my Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment during my holiday.
There were some maintenance issues throughout my stay. The ice vending machine on the 2nd floor was out of order and my toilet leaked water consistently.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with an amazing bed, linen, and pillows. We appreciated the added amenities like a small fridge and microwave, as well as toothbrushes, mouthwash, and sample toothpaste provided. we had a great experience as a family.
We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The hotel had a major safety hazard with buckled carpets in the rooms. My husband and I tripped on them multiple times, which was quite dangerous.
